A series of quality control tests and inspections are carried out during the various stages of production. The raw materials procured and the final products are tested on different parameters like composition, metallurgical strength, efficiency, etc. in our own lab.

Spread at 50000 sq ft working area, the Bhagwansons workshop gains a competitive edge. We are equipped with an in-house foundry shop with chemical lab, backed up by a flame hardening plant to harden the beds and slides. few of the machines include CNC lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, boring & drilling machines, slideway grinders, thread grinders, etc. that facilitate the smooth manufacturing of our lie of products.

Our foundry unit has a capacity of producing 40 tons of casting per month. The two assembly lines in our unit, for bigger models and smaller machineries, enable us in assembling the machines according to the various requirements like surface plates, tri-squares, height gauges, dials and gauges that are calibrated periodically.

A team of skilled engineers handles the entire manufacturing process, guaranteeing flawless output. Regular training sessions are organized for our employees to keep them abreast with the latest developments in user industry.
